Kemps Corner flyover was India’s first flyover built in 1965


60 years on: The Kemps Corner flyover in south Mumbai as heavy rains lash the city on Friday 2024-07-12 morning. This was India’s first flyover built in 1965 by the BMC and designed by renowned civil engineer and town planner Shirish Patel. Work was completed within a year.
