A container truck supposedly had a brake failure on the Mumbai bound flank of Pune-Mumbai Expressway, just after the Khopoli Exit which resulted in a 22 vehicle pile up at around 3 pm on Saturday 2025-07-26. A 58 year old lady lost her life and several people were injured.
